Indicators/Controllers/Wireless

Level

  • The ProtEX+ loop-powered explosion-proof & intrinsically safe meters can be installed virtually anywhere to provide convenient and informative display of any 4-20 mA signal. They can operate down to -40°C and be installed in areas that get as cold as -55°C, however the display will cease functioning.

    One of the most convenient features is the dual-line display, typically used to display the process variable on the 5-character alphanumeric top display and the units of measure or tag on the 8-character alphanumeric bottom display.

    Feet and inches models display level in feet and inches on the top display while the 8-digit alphanumeric bottom line may be used to display a tag or custom message. Further enhancing the display on these instruments is a 20-segment bargraph.

Multichannel Controller

  • The ConsoliDator+ is a multi-channel controller that is both easy to use and satisfies a wide variety of process display, alarm and control applications. It accepts 4-20 mA inputs, flow meter pulse inputs, digital inputs, Modbus RTU inputs, and displays them both in numeric and bargraph format on a large, 5.7" color display.

    It can be equipped with multiple relays with user-definable actions, 4-20 mA outputs, digital outputs, Modbus RTU, and Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP protocol communication capabilities. Additionally, the controller is equipped with up to 32 timers that can be used to control many processes or events

Loop Powered Indicators

  • Precision Digital manufactures a full line of convenient, loop-powered meters which are easy to install and maintain because they get their power directly from the 4-20 mA current loop. Many of these meters feature a 1 V drop to the current loop and are certified as Intrinsically Safe, Nonincendive, and explosion-proof, for use in hazardous areas.

    These meters have features that help them to stand out from the competition, such as segmented bar graph representations of the process input, feet & inches level displays, wide operating temperature ranges, and displays that can be easily read in various lighting conditions, from wide angles, and from considerable distances.

Pressure

  • Precision Digital offers a wide range of digital panel meters and explosion-proof displays for use in pressure applications. Most of our meters include square root extraction and multi-point linearization signal conditioning features for non-linear pressure transmitter signals. This allows them to be used in even the most complex pressure monitoring systems.

  • Precision Digital’s PDW wireless products give you a simple, straightforward way to get analog, discrete, or Modbus signals from where you have them to where you need them. Temperature

Flow Rate Totalizer

Batch Controller

  • Precision Digital's batch control products include analog and pulse input controllers for single stage applications and multi-stage batching. Operation is quick and easy, right out of the box, with the START, BATCH, and STOP buttons pre-programmed for batch controlling. Preclose relays can be used to slow product flow for more accurate batch finish and automatic overrun correction keeps batch sizes accurate even over time and with system wear.
