Radar HD

  • Our 80Ghz Free Space Radar Level Transmitters are non-contacting and use FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) technology. They have the ability to measure distance, level, and volume of liquids, solids, corrosives, powders, granulates, rocks, pastes, and hygienic liquids. There are seven transmitters to choose from, providing a solution for practically any application.

Guided Wave Radar

  • HAWK’s Award-Winning Guided Wave Radar Level Transmitters feature dual interface capabilities, built-in digital displays and have a measuring range of up to 38m (124ft).

Rotary

  • The rotating paddle detector is used in storage and process vessels as a full, demand and empty detector in all bulk solids. It can be configured for process temperatures up to +1100 °C and process overpressure up to 10 bar. Buildup or a dust-intensive process environment does not in any way affect the accuracy of the measurement results of the level indicator.

Radar LD

  • The non-contact 80 GHz FMCW radar sensor with a very narrow beam angle of 4° is used in various industrial & municipal applications in storage silos, process tanks and IBC containers or on stockpiles for continuous level measurement.

    The free-radiating level transmitter has a compact design with a 1" process connection (PVDF) and a measuring range of up to 30 m as well as a very fast response time. The radar sensors are food compliant, WHG-certified and suitable for use in hazardous areas.

    The radar level transmitters have a high dust & water ingress protection class and can be used in abrasive bulk materials as well as materials prone to caking.

Vibration

  • The vibration rod or tunning fork is used in storage and process vessels as a full and demand detector in all bulk solids silos, bins & liquids. Laser

Ultrasonic

Sonar Bed Level/Interface

  • The HAWK Sultan Sonar uses Advanced Sonar Technology to measure and control Waste Water Clarifiers and Thickeners. The system is easy to use and the innovative design provides critical plant control to optimize performance.

    In the water, wastewater industry process conditions will vary greatly between a primary sedimentation tank, secondary/final clarifier, and a gravity thickener.
